Conference Facilities

The Skyview Conference Centre (upstairs) can take a maximum of 50 guests in Theatre style seating and The Pool Terrace Conference Room (downstairs) can take a maximum of 30 guests seated theatre style.

Smaller groups can be seated in varying configurations ranging from Board Room, U-style, Lecture Room style with trestle tables or cabaret style seating for interactive workshops. There are modern hands-free style phone's to meet the need for any executive conference discussions.

Located upstairs (approx 135 sq m).
Boardroom style (central table chairs facing each other) : Seats up to 26 persons
U-shape (presentation style u-shape table and chairs facing in) : Seats up to 32 persons
Theatre style (chairs only) : Seats up to 50 persons
Lecture room style (trestle table 3 chairs per table facing forward) : Seats up to 36 persons

Features:
Acess with a dedicated stairway at motel entrance up to the First floor ,
with covered patio with table and chairs leading to the Skyview Conference Room.
Well appointed Ladies and Gents Rest rooms.


The Pool Terrace Conference Centre

Located downstairs (approx 90 sq m).
Boardroom style (central table chairs facing each other) : Seats up to 16 persons
U-shape (presentation style u-shape table and chairs facing in) : Seats up to 30 persons
Theatre style (chairs only) : Seats up to 30 persons
Lecture room style ( trestle tables & 3 chairs per table facing forward) : Seats up to 24 persons

Features:
A separate ground-floor entrance with access from the motel driveway. There are additional sliding French doors which open onto a small covered patio on the pool terrace, allowing delegates to take a tea/coffee to the poolside area which has outdoor furniture for seating up to 16 people outside (weather permitting).
Well appointed Ladies and Gents Rest rooms.

	Skyview Conference Room The SkyView Confernce Room (upstairs) is the ultimate conference room catering for up to a mximum of 50 guests with everything supplied such as whiteboard, chairs, Access is via a dedicated stairway to the First floor patio leading into the Skyview Conference Room which overlooks the sparkling pool and pool terrace below.
	Pool Terrace Conference Room The Pool Terrace Conference Room (downstairs) has direct access from motel driveway entrance. This conference room iwould suit groups from two to thirty in size. It is finished off with some stunning english oak and teak antique furniture creating an elegant ambience and luxurious backdrop for any meetings taking place at ASURE Macy's Motor Inn. This facility can cater for groups ranging from two to a maximum of thirty (30) guests in theatre style seating.
	Facilities Both Conference rooms are professionally set up with screens, AV equipement and lined curtains that allow for a semi dark room environment suited to presentations.
	Pricing These well presented and professional looking conference facilities have all the infrastructure to provide a professional setting for your meetings or presentations and add a real executive feel with some stunningly restored antiques which enhance the ambience of the rooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor from which we can prepare and serve the tasty snacks and meals for the hosting of our clients. We prepare and bake our own savoury scones and mouth watering meals and snacks to suit the occasion whether it is for workshops, training or client executive meetings.
	Catering We are happy to meet whatever requirements clients may have whether for freshly baked muffins for tea or a generous and tasty lunch for that effective and private lunch time meeting or hosting of propsective clients. Also experienced in preparing and presenting wonderful vegetarian meals if required.
