These well presented and professional looking conference facilities have all the infrastructure to provide a professional setting for your meetings or presentations and add a real executive feel with some stunningly restored antiques which enhance the ambience of the rooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor from which we can prepare and serve the tasty snacks and meals for the hosting of our clients. We prepare and bake our own savoury scones and mouth watering meals and snacks to suit the occasion whether it is for workshops, training or client executive meetings.

The cost for hire of the conference facilities are Full day - (5-8 hrs) - $180,00 plus GST.
Half Day - Morning, Afternoon or Evening (1-4 hrs) - $110,00 plus GST.

The cost for hire of the conference facilities are Full day - (5-8 hrs) - $160,00 plus GST.
Half Day - Morning, Afternoon or Evening (1-4 hrs) - $110,00 plus GST
Catering : One or more of the following servings (optional)
09h00 - Tea and Coffee on morning start up
10h30 - Morning tea and coffee, optional with savoury scones/muffins
12h30 - Finger Lunch - To suit your timing - served with fresh coffee and tea and fruit juices
15h00 - Afternoon tea and coffee, optional with savoury scones/muffins
Serving times can be adjusted to suit clients needs.
Catering : Optional Costs Tea/coffee can be served on arrival/startup at a rate of $2,00 per person.
Morning tea & coffee plus savoury scones or muffins can be served at a rate of $ 4,00 per person (t/c $2,00 p/p without muffins) A generous quality finger lunch can be served at our standard rate of $14,50 per head (menu content to be agreed with clients), Lunch refreshments : tea/coffee/juice $3,00 per person
